Lilian Marques and Paulo Plevnia represented IWW at a ceremony held at the Tokio Marine Hall in São Paulo
IWW achieved 4th place in the GPTW National Ranking of Small Multinationals in the interior of São Paulo
Executives Lilian Marques, Director of Expansion, and Paulo Plevnia, General Communication Manager, attended the Great Place To Work (GPTW) 2023 awards ceremony, which took place on Monday night (18/9) at the Tokio Marine Hall in São Paulo.
IWW’s central office was recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work for in the World, ranking 4th in the GPTW National Ranking of Small Multinationals in the interior of São Paulo. In this category, companies with 50 to 90 employees were evaluated, and currently, IWW has 52 people on its team.
In total, 1,212 companies were eligible for entries in this edition, and 891 completed the entire research process, with only 150 receiving awards, including IWW, which is among the Top 4 in its category.
According to Lilian, “participating in the awards is a sign that we are on the right path. It is a mix of pleasure and pride to represent each one who is part of our team, and this proves how human capital is the most intangible asset of a company. It is only fair to carry out actions that promote the sense of pleasure and belonging for all our employees,” she said.
Plevnia commented on the importance of conducting a strong internal campaign and endomarketing about the significance of the GPTW Seal and the participation of each of the employees. “They were able to express themselves and evaluate us sincerely. Fortunately, we achieved very positive results that will further enhance iGUi’s management and the well-being of everyone,” he said.
