The Parque de Exposições de Salvador hosted the second edition of the BOPE Challenge. The street race was organized by the Battalion of Special Police Operations (BOPE) in celebration of the corporation’s anniversary, with the objective of stimulating the practice of physical exercises, promoting social action. It’s a family event, says the Major.
The race had approximately four kilometers and different terrains such as sand, grass, paved floor and mud. These obstacles represent the daily training of police officers serving BOPE.
Each participant purchased a kit of the race, also donated 01 kg of unpredictable food, with this, hundreds of kg were collected.
The partnership with iGUi was signed for another year and it certainly made a big difference for us to be present together with BOPE.
After all, mission given is mission accomplished!
